Conditions of stay:

1. EXTRA guests staying (or beds used) who have NOT PAID will be charged at FULL rate.

2. A charge will be made if the premises are left in an unreasonable state of cleanlineess or excessive rubbish.

3. A charge will be made for any damage to the property or furniture.

4. Should the Spa Room require to be closed, for reasons beyond our control, a maximum refund of 10% may be given.

5. Sauna is ony available from April till end of September, depending on weather conditions.

6. Any inappropriate use of the spa, which results in the necessity to close the spa to other guests, will result in a daily charge of up to $100 per day.

7. Minimum two night’s stay, except large group. Please email before booking one night to confirm acceptability.

Cancellation Policy

- Booking cancellation less than six weeks prior to stay 10% of booking due.
- Booking cancellation less than two weeks prior to stay 100% of booking due.
